What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, and will answer any questions during this time. Please do not send messages on multiple formats, as emails are answered in order of receiving them.
Why do you ONLY use Premium Quality Full Strength Eau De Parfum?

What kind of fragrance are they?
"The Scent Reserve Fragrances Ltd" pride ourselves on ONLY using the very best Premium Quality Premium Ingredients in our Full Strength Eau De Parfums, which contain a higher concentration of fragrance oils, typically 15-20%. The varied percentages, all depends on the desired depth and intensity needed to be achieved, when manufacturing the different fragrances available. As a comparison, Eau De Toilette is only usually usually 5-15%, so you can see you will be getting the very best value for your money, with the Premium Quality Premium Ingredients we use when purchasing from us. This means "The Scent Reserve Fragrances Ltd" Eau DeParfums, are the strongest smelling scents available, meaning they are long-lasting scents, and will stay with you to smell amazing throughout the Day or Night. We offer a wide range of options to choose from, whether you're looking for a fresh and light scent for the day or a more intense fragrance for the evening, we have it in our extensive range of Luxury Premium High Quality Inspired By Fragrances.
Are your products Vegan Friendly and Cruelty Free?
Yes, we only use Vegan Friendly Fragrance Oils, and of course they are cruelty free. No animals should suffer for us to smell good.
What is a Designer Inspiration?
It's a product which is inspired by a stated designer fragrance, NOT a replica or copy, this is not to be confused.
How long will my order take?
We will delivery your order, within 1-2 working days of dispatch. During Offer Periods, Black Friday and Christmas, this may be a little longer. For International orders please check your email confirmation for delivery times. A signature is required on delivery. Order by 2pm and we will dispatch your order that working day if possible. If due to high volumes of orders being received that day, then it will be dispatched the very next working day. It is in our interest as well to dispatch your order ASAP, so we want to ensure all our customers, that our service commitments to you are maintained to the very highest standards, that you have come to expect from our team at The Scent Reserve Fragrances Ltd. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be treated as a Monday order, except for Bank holidays.
Will there be a delivery confirmation once the order is placed?

What if I missed the time window in a sale I wanted?
We look after our customers, so please send an email and our lovely Customer services Team who will take care of you. Email us at: help@thescentreservefragrances.com and let them know of your situation. We all deserve our favourite fragrances for the best price!
Are they safe to spray on clothes?
There is a higher oil content in our fragrances to make them last longer, so as with ALL perfumes, not just our perfumes, we do recommend that you take care when applying on clothes, and of course, you do so at your own risk.
How should I store my fragrances?
Please note as with all fragrances, they must be kept out of direct sunlight, and away from hot/cold elements. Failure to do so, may result in your product being affected.
Can I amend or cancel my order after I've placed it?
Unfortunately all of our shipping is automatic, so we cannot edit or cancel an order once it is placed.
Where is my order?
Please check your tracking link that was emailed at the time of dispatch (may be in junk/spam folder).
My order has arrived damaged?
Please take pictures of the outer packaging, inner packaging, the damaged bottle(s) ensuring the bottle number is visible and email the pictures to our Customer Services Team at: help@thescentreservefragrances.com for investigation.
Unfortunately damage incidents need to be investigated with the courier, so all parties need sufficient photographic evidence. Please do not dispose of the bottles or packaging, until we have advised you that we have completed our investigations.
All damages must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
My order has been received incorrect?
Please check your order confirmation alongside the order you have received and if there are any discrepancies, please email help@thescentreservefragrances.com with a picture of all the goods received along with the packing slip.
All error must be reported within 2 days of receipt.
My order is marked as delivered but I have not received it?
Not a problem, we’ll get you covered! Just send an email to help@thescentreservefragrances.com and let us know your order number.
We answer emails 8am - 5pm.
What is your returns process?
We accept products back within 30 days for a refund or exchange. We assume customers will test a spray or 2 before returning. However, we do not accept bottles that have been used more than this, or outside our 30 day policy. If this is the case, then you will need to arrange collection to get it back to you. Please note that products bought as part of a bundle set must be returned as a set for a refund otherwise we can only offer an exchange. Please contact our Customer Services Team at: help@thescentreservefragrances.com for further details.
If you wish to return Reed Diffuser's, the above still applies, and please retain the closure cap, and all packaging in its original content, as we will not be able to accept a return without this. In all cases of anything returned, it has to be in its original form of what we sent, so it can still be resold.

Where is my exchange/refund?
Please check on your return tracking receipt that we have received this and send us a copy of your receipt. Returns are generally processed within a week of receipt. We are not responsible for returns lost by your courier during return transit.
